Who We Are
Cares Grant Funding has a dedicated team of professionals that facilitate the application process and funding from the new Coronavirus stimulus/relief package.
As a privately held company, we specialize in banking, government funding, and through affiliates, accounting and legal financial services. Under the “CARE” Program, eligible businesses may receive up to ten million dollars in financial assistance from the federal government.
Many businesses have been negatively impacted by the COVID crisis. These businesses may be eligible for a collateral-free loan to fund payroll, rent and utility expenses. If done correctly, these loans can be forgiven and paid by the Federal Government.
The program is intended to help companies pay employees, health insurance, rent, utilities, mortgages, and debt relief. While these loans can be used to pay some other categories of business expenses, those categories will generally not be eligible for debt forgiveness. In keeping with the intent of the legislation to preserve jobs, the Bill provides for a reduction in the total debt forgiveness a company may claim if the company reduces the number of its employees or reduces total salaries or wages.
We help companies, non-profits, sole proprietors, and individuals through the red tape and forms that inevitably become confusing and, in most cases, difficult to navigate.
There are several criteria that must be met before funds can be made available. We help you identify possible fund sources and will advise and support entities through the application process.
These one-of-a-kind loans will only be available through June 30, 2020, so we can only serve a limited number of clients. Nonprofit organizations, sole proprietors, independent contractors and certain other categories of business associations are also eligible to apply.
In general, the loan program will be administered by the SBA. We can perform other financial services through affiliations with banks, accountants and law firms.
